The Model

Development built on execution experience.

Endura applies the same senior engineering and contract judgement it provides to advisory clients to projects it originates and develops itself, working with local development partners and project-level investors.

Each project is structured as a separate project company, owned by its equity investors. Endura leads or supports development through siting, interconnection, permitting, technology configuration and offtake structuring, and remains aligned with investors through the life of the project.

The focus is firm, dispatchable renewable supply: sites with grid access and land control, hybrid configurations matched to real load profiles, and a disciplined, milestone-driven path to ready-to-build.

Current Development
Dark Sky Energy Park site in Nye County, Nevada, adjacent to existing energy infrastructure.

Dark Sky Energy Park · Nevada, U.S.

A hybrid energy park concept in Nye County, Nevada, conceived for large 24/7 loads such as hyperscale AI data centers. The site benefits from world-class solar resource, available land and direct proximity to existing energy infrastructure in the Tonopah area.

The development approach is phased, combining utility-scale PV, battery energy storage and dispatchable technologies to match customer load profiles, with site control, interconnection pathway and offtake structuring as the current workstreams.

Ibitú project site layout in the Atacama Region, Chile — BESS and PV areas next to an existing substation and 110 kV line.

Ibitú · Atacama, Chile

A 500 MWh battery energy storage and 100 MW solar PV project in the Copiapó commune, Atacama Region, developed with local partners GT4 Energía and Tambo3 through the project company Ibitú Energía SpA. Long-term land lease agreed on 146 hectares of private land; basic engineering for the 110 kV grid connection complete.

The BESS will be built as a first phase, with the PV plant as a second phase.

Project detail

Pipeline origination

Endura maintains an active origination effort across the U.S. Southwest and Latin America, focused on grid-constrained locations where land, resource and interconnection advantages can be converted into bankable, dispatchable energy supply.

Additional development-stage opportunities are disclosed to qualified counterparties under confidentiality.

Why It Matters

Advisory credibility, applied with ownership discipline.

Development and advisory reinforce each other. Advisory mandates keep Endura at the centre of live market activity — technologies, contracts, pricing and counterparties — while development converts that knowledge into projects designed to be financed, built and operated.

For investors and partners, this means development decisions taken with owner-side engineering judgement; for customers, energy infrastructure designed around their load, not around a single technology.
